Overhearing this, the townspeople say that if he steals water, he will be as wicked as the witch. Instead, he decides to burrow down deep into the ground until he hits water and gushes plenty out to make the land green. For the second task, the witch instructs Underdog to make her land the richest by stealing the wealth of other lands. Instead, he goes to the nearest coal company and using his bare hands forms the coal into diamonds and then sends a truckload to the witch.
